David M. Neubeck – Certified Elder Law Attorney*

David M. Neubeck is a Certified Elder Law Attorney.*  This certification is given by the National Elder Law Foundation only after meeting rigorous testing and experience criteria.  The National Elder Law Foundation is the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in the area of Elder Law. David has practiced law in Whatcom County since 2000. David graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1999 and received his Bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1993. David is a board member of both the Elder Service Providers and the Northwest Estate Planning Council.  He also teaches estate planning classes at Whatcom Community College. Before coming to the Elder Law Office of Meyers, Neubeck & Hulford, David focused on human resource issues, governmental administration and criminal prosecution as in-house counsel for the Lummi Nation. In his leisure time, David is an avid cyclist and enjoys volunteering his time to local cycling events and advocacy groups.
