Elder Mediation

With over 30 years of experience practicing law, Barry Meyers is available to act as a neutral mediator to assist parties in a dispute to reach a mutually accepted settlement. Elder Mediation is an informal process in which negotiations among the parties occurs in a private setting. The mediator does not render a decision. Instead, the mediator listens to the interests and needs of each party and attempts to identify solutions that are acceptable to everyone. Elder Mediation may be beneficial with disputes in the following areas: guardianships, probates, trusts, powers of attorney, appropriate living arrangements for an elder, etc.
